LE FOUGA DANS LA 5^ème ESCADRE DE CHASSE

Située sur la Base Aérienne 115 d'Orange-Caritat, la 5^ème escadre de chasse reçoit son premier Fouga Magister en 1966.

Les avions seront utilisés en tant qu'avions de liaison et / ou pour l'entrainement. Durant les 20 à 25 ans qui suivirent, 2 à 4 machines vont ainsi faire la rotation et ainsi 30 avions différents vont faire la vie de l'escadron.

Les avions seront codés de 'MA' en 'MZ' (F-UGMA/F-UGMZ)

Located at the 115 Air Force Base of Orange-Caritat, 5^th flight squadron acquired his first Fouga Magister in 1966.

Planes will be used for the pilots entertainment or used for link planes. On the 20 to 25 years of used, 2 to 4 planes will be rotated and then 30 differents machines will be made the life of the squadron.
